The new MS-JPK series printers, launched at the beginning of 2010, are probably the most flexible and high-productivity solution today on the market.
The mechanical parts of the machine, as well as the fabric carrying system is the result of the big experience of MS in the manufacturing of textile printing machines, both screen and digital, an experience that allowed to reach an almost absolute reliability and precision in the fabric tension and advancement control.
The base of the machine is equipped with an axial unwinder at the inlet capable of unrwinding fabric rolls with a max diameter of 400 mm through an expandable shaft, openers and fabric tensioner with adjustable position. This configuration makes the process of evene the most elastic and delicate fabrics possible.
The printing blanket of the same type used on our screen printing machines is covered with thermal glue, which is activated by a warm air system installed in the bottom part of the machine. Blanket is washed by a washing module with driven brushes and squeegees for ink residues removal and drying.
Regarding the printing section of the MS-JPK, its very hart, it deals with a printing carriage designe to carry 1, 2 or 3 raws of printing heads enabling our customers to select among a range of machines with different performances and prices as to fit each and any production need.
In the 3-raw set-up, which could be configured for 4, 6 or 8 colour printing, MS-JPK can reach 370 running meters/hour .

The ink feeding system is open and therefore inks from all main manufacturers available on the market , having the proper characteristicsm can be used.
Fabric drying on the MS-JPK is achieved through an in-line intensive dryer model MS-Powerdry, which is identical to those used for our screen printing machines. This dryer can be heated by oil, steam or natural gas and allows one-pass-in-line drying as well as three-pass drying. The fabric at the outlet is winded on cardboard pipes thanks to the action of two rubber-covered driven cylinders.
The machine can be equipped on request with big-batch unwinders and winders, staves centering unit, folding (plating) device at the outlet, etc.
MS-JPK is undoubtely a leap forward in the textile ink-jet printing for its great frlxibility and productivity combine to an optimal printing quality.
