MS is organized to research innovative materials and, when possible, to make experimental tests on materials and dye stuff proposed by the customer.
In addition, MS can supply inks and consumable at very convenient conditions.
Software solutions
The management of printing machines is granted by MS software solutions either its own or other software-houses' (printing technologies are compatible with Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Unix, open source)

Solutions with the main graphic standard programs, as Photoshop, Illustrator, Inedit Neostamp, etc.

COMPLETE DIGITAL PLANT: Complete production lines designed for the production of ink-jet printing machines for customers who require the complete control of the process production. Lines are composed of:
- Machines for preparation of fabrics to digital printing, either directly on printing machines (Coat and print system) or before, by
impregnation, on small stenter frames.
- Digital printing machines of several types according to the needs of the client
- Steamer for printing fixation ( 15-25-50 mts)
- Washing continuous or open in 4/8 basins according to the required productivity

PRINTING CARRIAGES: Screen printing system where a printing station runs along a table where the fabric to be printed is attached. The printing is discontinuous and automated.
TURNING TABLES: Printing system designed and patented by MS for flat or rotary printings in continuous or discontinuous mode, saving time and space.
FLAT, ROTARY, COMBINED CONTINUOUS MACHINES: Machines for screen continuous printing, flat, rotary or combined (both options on the same machine).
STEAMERS for colours fixation after printing.
AUTOMATIC COLOUR KITCHEN for a correct and precise printing colours preparation (for flat or rotary machines). The highest reliability and precision are granted by the particular dosing system.
DRYERS COMPACTERS for drying every type of fabric. Excellent for knitwear because, during the drying process, the mechanical air blades actions allows the compacting of knit fabrics.
PACKING MACHINES to pack fabric rolls in polythene films. Automatic and semi-automatic models are available, with possible automated transport and unloading lines.
PRINTING MACHINES INTRODUCTION to feed flat and rotary machines with every kind of fabric.
AUTOMATIC ROLLS STORAGE for stocking and automatically pick up packed rolls and boxes. The system can be integrated with inspecting and packing lines and can be interfaced with the company managing software
