MS, from ink-jet printers to the complete textile printing unit
MS experience began in Como in 1947, as a specialised textile printing mill. The factory was working for the most important Italian textile manufacturers that, at those times, were concentrated in Milano and Como districts.
In the seventies the company started to develop innovative technical solutions for textile printing that attracted the attention of many competitors. Many companies appreciated MS printing machines and asked for them. In 1983, MS started its own dedicated production, development and sale of printing machines.
Then, in the eighties, MS changed its mission and, from being a textile printing operator, evolved to be one of the main and more innovative suppliers of machines and technologies for the textile printing, in Italy and all over the world. The company moved to Caronno Pertusella, near Milan, in facilities within easy reach from the most important motorways and at 60 kms from the most important Northern Italy airports (Linate, Malpensa, Orio al Serio).

MS has been producing textile printing machines for decades, from the single ink-jet printing machine to the complete turnkey plants, with digital (ink-jet), traditional or combined technology.
MS whole know how and technical solutions are completely Made in Italy with technical components made in Italy, from the software to the spare parts (excluding those standard components normally available on the market).
Open systems for high fashion, garment, house furnishings and accessories
MS machines and printing systems are open systems, meaning that they can can be connected to computers using different operative systems and software, employing dye-stuff and standard consumables from the main international companies ( Basf, Dupont, Dystar; Huntsman; J-Teck 3 and others). It is also possible to use special materials required by customers or specifically manufactured.
The operators in the fashion field, house furnishing and all those who need printing technologies, even for special materials, can apply to MS, that supplies solutions for the whole printing process. MS production ranges from fabric preparation to packing of printed fabrics or semi-finished products. MS offers lines dedicated to digital (ink-jet) printing, or to traditional printing or combinations as to satisfy the highest production flexibility of stylists, printers,craftsmen, manufacturers and converters.
MS develops also graphic and management software application packages, designed to handle its own XPF and SCN formats, beside the most common graphic standard formats (JPg,GIF,TIFF,PICT, bitmap, PDF and others). MS developed also the specific textile industry software applications Ramsete, Matchprint and Portrait. MS solutions operate also with the standard programs of the graphic industry (Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Adobe and others) and with open source systems

At present MS and its allied companies employ 60 people and collaborators, exporting textile printing solutions all over the world.
The technical solutions are extremely flexible, from the single digital (ink-jet) printing machine up to complete installations operating with traditional technologies or digital or combinations, including all types of screen printing: flat, rotary, combined.
Today MS is the only Italian company able of supplying a complete textile printing mill, including the whole working cycle.
